Is your service an expediting service ?
Once your application is complete at the medical boards, they have their own regulations and time lines that they follow. We can ensure that your application is processed at our office and shipped to you for review in an expedited fashion. We also guarantee that your credentialing requests will be made in a timely manner and followed up with accordingly.
- Expedited application completion
- Applications are thoroughly reviewed for completeness and accuracy to avoid rejection from the managed care organization.
- Using our automated state-of-the-art software, we are able to monitor your managed care progress and provide timely follow-up phone calls to the credentialing organizations and document those conversations for reporting purposes.
- Do not compromise quality for value. The cost of outsourcing your provider enrollment is well justified when considering the money lost by not getting credentialed in a timely manner or losing privileges.
- For Licensing, The processing time will vary from state to state. Each state board has their own processing and evaluating procedures. Once your application is received, you can be licensed in as little as 6 weeks for physicians and as soon as 3 weeks for nurses. Contact us today for more information on your particular state.
- For Healthplan Enrollment, the time will vary from payer to payer. Each payer has their own processing time and Credentialing requirements. Once your application is received at the payers, you can be credentialed in 30 to 45 days and contracted in 60 additional working days. Contact us today for more information on your case.
- Once your information packet is submitted either online, email or by mail, you can expect to hear from a Licensing consultant within 1 business day. They will review the information submitted and address any questions/concerns you might have.
- Because each state has different requirements, there will be different credentialing fees. We only charge you the fees which we incur when verifying and shipping your credentials to the state medical board.
- Some companies will charge you for each page faxed/copied along with any long distant phone calls, with attorney style billing. While others will offer a higher flat fee service and will surprise you later with a bill for many additional fees. We believe in being clear on what services we provide and fees that we charge up front. No surprises.
