HEALTHPLAN CREDENTIALING
One Provider Services specializes in the insurance enrollment and credentialing of new physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and therapists. Whether you are right out of training, or been in practice, our firm of highly experienced individuals can help you with your participation and contracting goals as well as help you maintain active participations with the health plans.
HOSPITAL PRIVILEGES
Our Hospital Privileging Department manages the entire hospital privileging process from pre-populating applications to completing web based hospital privileges/credentialing applications for each hospital the provider would like to request privileges.

President and CEO
Jessica Canales is the Founder of One Provider Services. She began working in the Medical Field in 1999 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Her experience in working with Medical start up practices and existing offices, has given her a passion to assist Physicians with optimizing their practice and increasing profitability through credentialing.
She specializes in Medical Physicians with their credentialing and analyzing their fee schedules to ensure they are receiving the very best for their practice with over 10 years of Managerial experience in Credentialing.
Hamilton Fleary
Director of Operations
Hamilton Fleary serves as Director of Operations and is responsible for providing direction and oversight to the divisions of Credentialing and Provider Enrollment. His responsibilities include managing daily operations for both divisions, business development and account management. His position also focuses on recruiting and employing highly skilled and competent personnel and upholding the highest level of customer service.
